I've been with Scott's for years. I have always had an excellent experience inside the WoodRiver branch. However, the customer service center is very rude. I inadvertently transposed a digit on my account when making a payment and was not notified the payment was rejected. I learned that I was past due through a credit alert I set up. Scott's falsely reported a nonpayment to the credit bureau dropping my credit score from 765 to 540. I've never been late on any payment in over 9 years. It took 3 months for them to correct the issue, yet my credit score still has not returned to the place it was before this issue.

When you call you can’t get a hold of anyone to talk to them about your account I have tried for two days to get a hold of someone and they tell you to leave your number and they’ll call you back they don’t call you back

My ex stole my card info and not only have I not been able to get ahold of the dispute department, it's been over the "4-10 business days" that they said it would take to get me my new card. I've been living off of the $50 I had transferred to my cashapp for THREE WEEKS. I have all sorts of bills coming out that I can't pay because I need a card to pay them with.
