Great service and easy to deal with, but when my bike is brought in for new tires that cost lets say $500 for both, and my bill is $905 how do you justify that, feels like I was taking for a ride without lube. So on that note over priced.

We took a look at your work order and see where you asked us to investigate your concern about the ticking in the top end of the engine. Our technician inspected critical fasteners and oil levels and found that your engine oil was 1 1/2 qts over full. The technician corrected the fluid levels and found that there were no abnormal noises present. We did charge an hour's worth of labor, since the technician spent time investigating and correcting what they found to be the issue. We're sure you can understand that we charge for our time, as most businesses do. We did not see any notes in the system indicating that you had contacted us again about a problem. We're happy to mail you another copy of your work order so you can see a price break down for the entire service appointment.

The folks at McDermott Harley are in a league of their own. I walked in a stranger and left not only with a new [to me] bike, but feeling as though I had also become a part of their family.
