This company deserves no stars. Three weeks after signing up and no pails. Placed plastic bags at curb as told until the pails show up and no one has picked up the plastic bags. Don't waste your time, go with another carting company.

This company hasn't shown up here in a month! Our garbage has been piling up on the side of the road. The first time I called customer service they told me they were short driver's and someone should be here next week. Then when i called a second time they told me we could cross our fingers that someone would show up. We had to spend a Saturday morning Sorting it all to take to our local dump! They said they we would reimburse us the first time I called. We will see. We are done though. Calling someone new on Monday!

Don’t expect to have your account credited. I just called to cancel and have our account credited for our recycling not being picked up for three weeks. Apparently the recycling portion of the bill is only $2.75 per month so three weeks of credit within $2.75 is laughable. The customer service rep I spoke to didn’t really offer any support or seem to care one bit. I’m just glad to be done with them. Now we’ll see how long it takes for them to pick up the cans. I’ve heard from others that it took more than two weeks...this company is a disaster.
They suck wont even pick up there old cans as switched from them Cassella is 39 compared too aces 44 a month plus always pick up
