Very busy. Restrooms were clean. Decent choice of fast food places. Gas station lines long due to time of day. Gas prices were about 10 cent above "Standard" prices.

Places to plug ur phone in both inside and out. My car charger broke so it really helped to not have to buy a $15 charger when I had one at home. Also have massage chairs and gift shops. Bad coffee is always expected though lol

It’s a huge service area.There are so many bathrooms and they were all clean.There were toilet seat cover hand dryers and all the soap dispensers were full.there is dunkin donuts,Cinnabon an Italian pizzeria and large area to sit.
