That is the best carrot cake I’ve ever had. No nuts, no raisins, delicious cream cheese frosting at the perfect amount. The little chocolate cherry cake squares were amazing, so moist, exactly how a chocolate cake should be. Along with the flaky, powdered sugar Italian pastries, Mm!
