I scheduled the POD for 1 month and getting it scheduled for pickup was an absolute nightmare. There is nowhere on the website to schedule a pickup so I had to call customer service. Every representative I spoke with (3 different phonecalls over 3 months; 20-30 minutes on the phone each time) struggled to schedule my pickup with any sort of confidence - like the entire system was not in their control - even though they were the only method with which I could schedule a pickup! My POD sat in a public parking lot outside of my new business for 3 extra months and I was charged for every month that it sat empty because of scheduling issues.

Super easy to schedule and all pickup/dropoffs were on time or early. Only wish I could've re-delivered my full POD to my new residence sooner than 12 days, because that's a long time to go without a bed or furniture. Otherwise, perfect and easy. Extremely recommend.

All was great from start to nearly finished. At final pick up time, without notifying me, my final pick up was not completed. I had to contact PODS to find out that, supposedly, due to Covid related scheduling, the empty unit would have to sit on my property for 10 days awaiting final pickup. That is unacceptable but I had no recourse. There was no apology, no refund or any compensation for the major inconvenience. There was lack of communication about the issue and lack of empathy that it was a significant inconvenience to not be able to easily access my garage during my move.
