This was an excellent experience. They were very well set up. They helped us plan what we wanted. They worked well to get us just what we wanted. The craftsmanship is excellent. The people were good to work with. We are very happy with the new kitchen countertops and sink We will hire them again for any new upgrades

I signed a contract with Aspire on January 10, 2022 to have kitchen and three bathrooms remodeled. I paid $10,000 plus down payment to purchase materials needed. Prior to signing I told sales rep. I did not want to wait six months to have this down and was told “we don’t do that we are not like that.” By end of April when no work had been started, I asked to terminate the contract and get my money back or be given the materials I purchased Dave Cummings, owner, told me no we had a contract and if I wanted to cancel he would keep my deposit and the materials I paid for or he would give me the materials if I paid him an additional $9,900. Aspire started on the kitchen on May 16 worked one day and left and did not return until July 7. They left on July 12 claiming they were finished. The improperly installed a kitchen appliance, a hot water dispenser. On the morning of July 13 the failed installation resulted in water flooding my kitchen floor, the living room and basement below. Repair and replacement costs for Aspire’s failure caused more that $20,000. I found out Aspire is not licensed to do business in Lee’s Summit and failed to get work permits as required so I voided remainder of contract. I find Aspire to be deceitful and totally dishonest and will lie to get your name on a contract and violate their own contract. I have written documentation to prove they were not licensed and did not get work permits. I can also prove they violated the contract.

Michael did a marvelous job on our glass tile. His attention to detail is great. He was very patient with our questions. We like our new undermount granite composite sink. Tony and Jospeh did a great job installing our new granite countertops and made sure it hard to see where the seams are. Robert, the project manager, made sure everything was the way we wanted it. Carlos, the sales consultant, was very good at helping us to choose the materials we used. We definitely recommend Aspire Kitchen and Bath Solutions.

Great design idea to use cut polished river rock in part of master bath to avoid having to replace all the existing tile. Project manager and installer were professional, responsive, friendly, conscientious, timely, and did exceptional work.

I'm not in sales, but I'm sure it depends on the size of your bathroom and the material you pick out. I know their installers are very good at what they do, very professional, and very trustworthy. Aspire is a very reputable company and you can't go wrong choosing them to do the work. Although, if I remember correctly, they are pretty far backed up. Which only shows how sought after they are in my opinion
