Honestly, I expected nothing but just "Hello, do you have an appointment?" NOPE! I GOT "You need to where a mask" and I politely ask to have one since I wasn't called to be told to wear one and worst of all no one called to tell me how much I'll be paying. Yeah let me just walk in there and give you my money...oh and the receptionist with dyed blonde hair, she's a keeper...

It's unfortunate that a doctor can have a great reputation but, the scheduling is absolutely ridiculous. My appt was set for 330pm. I got a call the morning of, today, to ask If I can come in early because they had SO MANY CANCELLATIONS. I obliged for a 2pm spot. I show up at 1:50. I'm a new patient. 30 min goes by... and within that time everyone has been taken back except myself and another woman who walked in 20 min after me. She hears me complaining about the wait times and calls her own family member waiting in the car to tell them it'll be a while because a man (me) is in front of her and was also called in early but is still waiting. We have a very short conversation about her appt being at 345 and moved up and I get called to the back. 40 more min goes by (now 310, appt at 2pm) and I have had my profile reviewed by a staff member, BP taken, and moved into ANOTHER room for the doctor to see me. He then looks at me and proceeds to walk into the lady whose appt was at 345 (after mine) and shuts the door. I walked out. Poorly ran scheduling. No respect for me taking off work half a day to come early on THEIR request or my time. They actually had the audacity to tell me in the future if my appt is changed I need to redo all the forms....
