I had to unfortunately put my grandmother in this nasty place and they stole her wedding ring!! The facility actually called me a liar about the ring and could care less that my family has no family heirloom for her great granddaughter!!!

My dad was sent here and their food is awful. A lot of their nurses are mean and talk to them poorly. My dad got covid here as well. He had to be rushed back to the hospital because he was dehydrated. This place doesn't take care of their patients. Total waste of my dad's time and sadly his money.

If I could give zero stars, I would! This place is a disgrace and no family you care about should be sent to live there. Residents and families beware.

I visited a Patient/friend at this facility recently and I was shocked at how rundown and dirty the rooms were. Rooms had rotting walls that looked like black mold to me. The staff were dressed in street clothes I realize it was a Friday but some had holes in jeans and looked very unprofessional.nit sure how the nursing care is at this facility but cleanliness was absolutely gross!

Questions & Answers

How can an administrator state that a person with a POA can say who a resident can see or not see or talk to or not talk to? A person that has a POA does not have the right to control someone's life.

If the resident is of sound mind , he/she has a POA , the POA is not a power given it is a right given. Therefore the resident being of sound mind has all power to over ride the given right of the POA. Anybody with POA rights should of researched what POA rights are before Dictating on the agents rights as POA. Agent as POA , is to do as the princible tells them , and do everything the principle would do as themselves. NOT DO WHAT THE POA THINKS IS BEST FOR THE POA OR OTHERS ! Only do as if POA were the PRINCIPAL!
