My husband and I stayed here after a botched plan to stay somewhere else for our Honeymoon. Upon arrival we were treated like family! Rhonda is amazing and her infectious laugh and bubbly personality immediately puts you at ease and makes the day seem a little brighter. Every interaction with staff and ownership was kind an welcoming. We had our pups with us and found that not only were we welcomed, the staff was sweet and made sure to love on our fur babies.. The cabins are adorable and offer a beautiful view of the mesa and a warm and comfy place to rest. The restrooms and showers are a short walk, attached to the general store where you can find most camping/picnic essentials and even offer some yummy pizza! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Great location to explore the Grand Mesa park. I stayed in a cabin which provided great value, but few amenities. There is no fridge or microwave, so come prepared. Toilets are a short walk away and showers are $2 for 10min, so bring singles and also a towel as those are not provided. The store is very well stocked and gas is available as well. Overall a good value if you can plan well, the staff is nice. Don't forget to bring a water storage container to save yourself many trips to and from the main building.

We stayed in a 40 Ft class A. Water pressure good, electrical good, sewer good. Management seemed very nice, and willing to help us. Very nice little store at office. They really only had 4 spots that would fit us. Two were so narrow, we couldn't open our slides. (See photos) None of the 4 were level enough to level our rig with 4 inch block, so we moved to a back in site. Wifi was weak. Cell service for Verizon was ok. Sprint was good for first 4 days, then disappeared, absolutely gone, even with weboost. No local TV. Real drawbacks: No grass anywhere to speak of. More stickers than anything else. All the vegetation is crunchy, seriously needed watering. Zero place to walk dogs. (Also, some of the other patrons don't bother to keep their dogs on a leash.)

Owner and staff went out of their way to accommodate and make us feel at home. Spotless facilities, comfortable mattress, great coffee, and beautiful location. Great base camp for the weekend, would be thrilled to stay again some day!
