Prices were wrong and when I asked about them being different than the sign. They told it's not their problem it's corporate issuse. Just walked away. Over charged by 10.00.

Got two pizzas and crazy bread, ordered online. The crazy bread was all very very thin. The pizza is wayyy too thin and looked barely cooked. We were running errands, so we placed the order online because I had an online coupon to buy one pizza and get one free. We arrived there about five minutes later. Absolutely no customers, so They def had time to take their time and make this order at least look halfway decent. Some pieces had barely any cheese. Last time I was there, about six of us waited in the lobby for like thirty minutes with 6 or more employees behind the counter, 4 of which stood around talking and scrolling on their phones, doing absolutely nothing. I understand a lot of places are under staffed and people are over worked, but if you can’t run/manage a business, just say that then. 🙄

Not really much to share about Caesars. It seems like people either like them or they don't. You obviously can't beat the prices. Quality always seems to be pretty good and rather consistent. No complaints about the one we have here in Bourbonnais. I have heard complaints about other stores not being consistent. Like one day you might get an overcooked pizza and the next day you would get an undercooked one. But I've never had an issue with our Caesars. You can always expect to receive your food the same way every time. Which, to me, is the 2nd most important thing about a restaurant. 2nd only to quality.
