Camped here with the Northern California Adventure Group. Had a wonderful time and everyone were very impressed with the quality of the campground. Clean facilities, plenty of parking, water, tables, fire pit and cooking grills. Very short walk to the lake from the camp. We were all very pleased with this site and have agreed to use this site again for future events.

Short hike down to a pristine creek, camp here all year long but come for swimming during the summer!

Is there a trail from the campground to Pinecrest lake and if so how far is it time wise?

There is if you are at the right camping spot and would be right next to it. We were in a group camp so it's farther away
