Giving a 4star for manager Ansen bc without him, it would’ve been a 1. Dining room still closed- has been open maybe 3days in 2+yrs. Ordered a Baconator. That used to be a large sandwich. It had 2pieces of bacon. Two. I know they don’t make the burgers fresh anymore. They must sit in trays bc they are cold, hard and dry. I called to complain and Ansen was very polite and professional. Apologized and will replace on next visit.

The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit is fantastic and cheap. It will leave your mouth insanely dry though so you need a drink. The potato wedge fries are also really good have a nice seasoning on them

They have declined so much since covid. Everytime we go there's a problem with the orders. I got my son a chicken nugget kids meal and they failed to tell.me they were out of regular nuggets and just gave him spicy ones. Hes 2. Thankfully I noticed the orange color to them. The same order they had forgot baconator fries. Went in to see about switching to a cheeseburger for him and let them know the fries weren't included. I was greeted and helped right away but everyone took off from the front of the store besides the kid making fries and he didn't speak English. After about 20 mins went by a guy came back up and asked if I had been helped. Explained the situation all over and he got the kids meal amd then just grabbed the baconator fry that has now been sitting at the fry station for over 25 mins and bagged it to give to me instead of making a fewsh one. I decided I would just throw them out and not go back. At a previous visit we had to wait for about 20 mins in the drive thru for the guy who ran the register to come back to the store. When we pulled in he was walking across the drive thru lane to where the employees park. We order and get around to oay and the girl apologized that it would be a min for payment. I figured she was just letting us know that. About 10 mins passes and she came back to apologize and said the guy who runs the register is out smoking or something. Then the guy who crossed the lane to go to his car walked back uo around the building to the door by the drive thru window. I hear him shouting Hey! Hey! So I look up at him and he asked if he could tell the employees to let him in. I knocked on the drivthru window and told them he needed in. A good 5 more mins had passed since he went inside and he comes to the window to get payment with such a horrible attitude. I understand people have bad days but you can never take it out on the customer. I know employees need breaks and had no issue waiting. I'm a smoker as well and understand he could of been hav I ng a horrible night and just needed to take that time to clear his head and smoke but never take it out on the customer. That time should have been my last atleast for a while.

This was the worst service I have had ever! It’s not bad enough that they forgot my sauce, but they actually lost my credit card. I have it to them to pay, and they told me the card is in the bag. I tore that bag apart looking for it. I went in to talk with the manager and they had no idea what happened to it. All I wanted was some sandwiches! I know the hug pace of fast food can be intimidating, but really in 20 seconds you lost my credit card. This is the last time I will be going to this location.
