The crews are gone and they provided us an excellent product! We had new windows put into our entire house. Dated 1895, installing these custom beauties was no easy task! They had all 32 windows fully installed and buttoned up tight in about 36 hours. We are enjoying the quality product they provided and the fact that we can actually open every window in our home! We ordered windows from Rolox and were told they would take about 8-10 weeks to arrive as they are made custom to your home. The windows arrived a little sooner than expected and Rolox was very efficient in sending a crew to install them. They finished a large job (18 windows) in two days, interior was finished the first day. The installers were very professional arriving right on time both days and leaving the jog site clean and in order both days. The new windows gave our home a much more modern and polished look from our previous windows that were installed in the 50s. We love the update. Finally, the owner was very easy to communicate with throughout the process and was very accommodating to a few style changes we made when deciding what options we liked best. We will likely contact Rolox again for future projects around the home. Thanks Rolox!
