Found what we were looking for and the cashier was friendly and efficient but there was no help available in any department even though there were at least 2 other staff in the store. One of whom appeared after the checkout line grew to 6 or 7 people.

Yes
they aren't strict at all and they don't have people that enforce rules (the cashier was literally wearing his mask under his nose) , but they do have a "wear a mask" sign. I've seen people there with no mask and they were fine. In my personal opinion, I think you should continue to follow CDC guidelines.
