I’ve been coming here for years. We love this place. Margie, Regina, Alyssa, Dana and Luke, are just amazing therapists. You can tell everyone enjoys their job and loves the kids.

Parents, please do your research and get a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th opinion before you select therapy for your child! Waiting in the lobby, two employees came out, did not acknowledge us and began to have a loud personal conversation. Very unprofessional. During the evaluation, she was very condescending and told me on more than one occasion that she is the therapist. You can not evaluate a child based on one 1.5 session and not consider what the parent is saying. Especially when working with young children! The therapist and the parent need to work as a team. She recommends services that were not needed and instead of asking me why I oppose, just said she is the therapist and will make the recommendations. She did not explain the evaluation or how she came to her conclusion. She also smirked when I was talking! There was a student in the room as well, and I don’t think she should be training anyone! Please remind your staff to be professional, respectful, open to new things and to listen to parents. Children are not robots that always do everything on command! They have days they don’t want to be bothered, like adults. Maybe if a parent tells you what a child can do, but they don’t do it during the initial evaluation, maybe considered rescheduling. You should not mark the child as can’t do, but would not do. If the evaluation tools do not allow for that….. reschedule!! Don’t disregard parents because you have training and you think you know better! No one has all the answers and are right 100% of the time.

I wanted to love this place for my child. We made an appointment for a 1st visit, but they only had availability 6 weeks out. We arrived for our appointment and were notified that it was 45 minutes prior and we'd have to reschedule! Thankfully I had the text message from their office confirming the time that I had arrived. Because of their error, we were "allowed" to be seen. The evaluation with the SLP was wonderful and while I really enjoyed her I believe my child did as well. She was very direct and caring. I could tell she enjoys her role. I was told we would get a call to schedule future appointments in a few days although my PPO insurance does not require any authorization. That call never came. My calls went unanswered. It's been a month. I am currently looking for a new office that will be a little more organized and prepared to handle new patients.

I took my son here and had a great experience. Our therapist was Jenny N and she was kind, patient, and explained everything, giving us exercises to continue at home to help my son improve. He's went from being slightly behind developmentally to slightly ahead. I'm appreciative to this office and their work.
