I've lived here for a few years and this place is nowhere close to what is used to be. Sidewalks are always dirty now, it seems like there letting just every and anybody in here that leave trash here and there. Lets not forget that the front gate has been open and not fixes for a few years now so anyone can come in wherever they want! People are always putting bulk trash by the dumpster instead of the back end of the complex where is supposed to go. Maintenance manager whatever is name is, is not good at all, what happened to the last maintenance guy?

Walked in and have been waiting for 10 plus minutes without even being greeted by any one so far this is going terrible.

Tory is the manager of the maintenance department in the complex and highly recommend his services. If you have any issue, small or big, he’s always very effective and thorough at his job. He was the one who fixed both our water heater and dryer when they had major problems and was so responsive to solving our problems.

They are morden and up to date. The only thing I was curious about is why the gate has not been in working order for added security.
