Reserved a car 3 months in advance of my trip. Went to pick it up and they had no cars available. They were unapologetic and really didn't care of the inconvenience this caused. Now I have no vehicle for my trip and there is no car rentals available. They made no attempt to contact me anytime before my pickup date to inform me that no car would be available. I've never experienced such bad service in my life.

I reserved a car through Expedia a couple of weeks in advance. I arrived on-time for pick-up and after waiting in line for a half hour I was told that they had no car for me or for the other two people in line with me. You would have thought that they would have held a car for me (since it was reserved) or called me prior to my 5PM pick-up time to let me know they were having an issue. Thankfully I was able to make other arrangements, but it really caused issues. All I got from the worker was a "Sorry"

CJ does a great job at managing the location. He was very helpful, nice, knowledgeable, fast, and well-rounded! Large and wide range of vehicle types to choose from at a local edition and was able to be put into an upgraded vehicle. I Recommend this location and the staff for rentals.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ!!!!! 👎 Four months ago we reserved a Ford Transit Cargo Van for July 28 - July 5th. We got a phone call at 4:45pm today (6 1/2 hours after my confirmation reminder text) that said, ‘oops… how about a Nissan Armada? Maybe a Dodge Caravan?. We don’t have the vehicle you reserved four months ago.’ I’d bet bank that I reserved it at a way lower price in March than Hertz re-rented it for this week. This is unacceptable. Your company is NOT going to get any of my business. You did not take care of my business.
