The lady I spoke with on the phone wasn’t super helpful with the issue that U-Haul has black listed Ford Explorers. She couldn’t offer me a solution other than renting me other means of moving at four times the original rate of the trailer I wanted to rent. She seemed annoyed when I asked about the ban on explorers. But it is what it is I guess.

Don't be fooled by the $19.95. I got the small U-Haul for a total of 4 hours. With that 4 hours loaded the truck and took it to the destination then back to the U-Haul place. By the end of the 4 hours, I paid a total of $150 after adding gas back. Don't accidentally put more gas in then you should because they do not care nor willing to give anything back at all. It's a complete rip off, you are better off finding someone that owns their own truck and paying them 50 bucks to move some stuff. Make sure you know the complete total before taking the truck. No stars!!!

Picked up rental truck, engine was making a lot of noise, checked the oil only to find it completely dry. Was on hold for over 30 minutes with roadside, no one answered the phone. Drive back to the location only to be told I needed to bring the truck back in despite it having no oil. Personnel on sure was extremely rude, refused to get me a different truck. So.... Drove the truck for 3 days with minimum oil. Will never rent from this location again.
