I'm a product specialist at Honda. If it is a vehicle you purchased from us recently we can have our reconditioning specialist Doug do touch up work. We are do not have a body repair shop on site. We recommend Metro Collision repair if it is anything more than touch up work.
You can tint the windows. I'm sure the dealership might even recommend a company or dealer to tint them for you.
I do not think it is covered by manufacturer warranty, but worth contacting Honda directly as it is merely 4 years n that should not happen. Also I recently bought one Honda and they offered extended warranty n said displays or electronics are not covered under manufacturer's warranty.
It's a rarity for them to have cars on hand at that price, but it never hurt to call them.
