Hello, I'm here because it's really terrible to get to a place to buy a cake for your son, you arrive happy, excited to buy the cake, but what a surprise with the staff there, God, what a bad attitude, if you don't like your job, don't do it, look for something that you like it but don't take it out on the customers your frustration change staff and look for friendly people with a good attitude for customer service is my advice if you continue to make the cakes 🎂 they will be bitter for the customers is my advice take it or leave it

I made a call today to order a cake and the phone was answered by a very curt lady who answered me reluctantly they should have more friendly people oh they should train them to serve the customer very well they have lousy service to the client

My mom bought a Tres Leches mango cake for a birthday. The Cake was dry and the mango was hard. Usually the cakes are very good. She also bought me a slice of cheesecake which was ordinary and tasted a bit on the old side. No crust at all. My mom‘s cheesecake is better. Hopefully they read this and change the recipe of tres leches. Sorry Diandas , but we were disappointed.

It is always 5 stars, but my chocolate cake that I bought recently was only ok.
