Every time I have been in this facility it has been clean and beautiful. The residents seem well cared for and the staff was kind and attentive.

When we first moved our mom into Northland they were having some problems with staffing and we didn’t know if we had made the right decision, but it has gotten a lot better. The nursing staff is great and takes great care of our mom. Angie, Jennifer, Crystal, Estephanie and all the nurses and CNA’s are awesome!! They get to do so many fun activities during the day wether it’s making crafts, making cookies, bingo or just watching a movie and having popcorn, Hannah makes it fun for all the residents. Carla and Nancy at the front desk are always very friendly and are willing to help with anything. Crystal, Grace and Cheyenne are also always willing to help and take care of any issues. Every care facility has issues but I have to say we have been pretty pleased with the care our mom receives and she seems to really like it.

Is this a facility that can help my 94 yr old (usually active) Aunt gain weight back and be more sure on her feet? Health wise, she is fine. Cancer scan is negative. Heart excellent. Just wobbly and losing muscle mass.
