My grandma was yelled at and grabbed by a staff member then they discharged her home even with our concerns we brought up and were repeatedly told she was fine and she died same day only 3 hours after being sent home. We were told she was good and healthy enough to head home and yet she died 3 hours after. This place is a disgrace!

Kind, considerate, Nurses and Dr.s even the Handy Man and staff took time to take care of your needs. They even have a Starbucks 5 stars in my book

My rating was originally four stars. And it might eventually get changed back. But I was informed MONTHS ago to expect a refund check. Still waiting on that check. If I ever receive said check I might switch this back to four star. Thinking of stopping by to inquire about it but with covid not sure if I want to go in. Based on my experience about a year ago calling about another matter I don’t feel like getting the runaround again.

A client i was doing an assessment with had the worst care here . They didnt serve a drinkwith her lunch. The c.m.t was very hateful and rude ! I wouldnt reccomend this place even to a homeless person! The first and last time i will ever come here

Llama, We would love you to come by the resort and speak to our admissions director Rebecca - who can answer all of your questions and also give you a tour. Marie, thanks for responding! We appreciate it.
Hello Diana, Not sure what may have been going on there at the time of your call, but the reception desk is open from 7am to 7pm to answer most questions, and after hours the phones go to the nurses stations. It's not our typical practice to call when someone arrives - unless there were specific instructions given. Thanks for your question!
Hello Verlea, thanks for your question. We primarily offer two types of care: Short-term skilled nursing and long term care. Typically for the short-term, it's insurance based and typically after a surgery or need for therapy and is driven by a referral from a doctor/hospital. The long-term is a place for you to be if you need assistance and can no longer live at home by yourself. We do take private pay as well. If you have any other questions, call the building at 816-521-6610 and ask for Admissions. Thanks!
