Recently visited this location and realized my car was missing a factory-installed trim piece about an hour and a half later while getting gas. I went back as soon as I was able, which was a couple days later as I was on my way out of town when this happened (obviously just trying to get a quick wash to have the car looking nice while we were out). I went back to the car wash and spoke to an employee who said the manager wasn’t there at the time, but did let me go through a box of items which had been found in the wash I presume. The trim piece was in the box. I went back a couple days later when I was off of work and there was no manager on duty, but I did get a phone number to call. I called and left a message and did receive a call back later that day. I explained what had happened. The woman was nice, but told me that my claim would be denied because I left the premises. I reminded her that the piece was found inside their car wash. She let me know that we had to notify them before we left the premises that damage occurred. I was pretty shocked as I have never inspected my car after a wash specifically for damage. I would recommend you do, though, if you use this car wash.

Great and powerful car wash . I forgot to take off my tire cover and of course it came off. The Tech was kindly enough to get it.
