The animals running this office are incompetent , rude , and treat the patients like a hassle not a human. The way this office treats patients is malpractice.

I contacted the office and Angela answered the phone. I was calling to make an appointment for my mother who had seen the doctor in the past. I ask for the first appointment so I won’t have to be In the office for long hours. Angela explained to me I should contact a different doctor since I don’t want to wait and she explained to me it’s always going to be a long wait. I felt insulted as if my business isn’t good enough. Angela goes on to explain that I didn’t tell her my mother wasn’t a new patient and I told her she is the expert taking the appointments and she never asked me, she’s goes on to explain she is no expert. Maybe Angela shouldn’t answer the phones since she doesn’t know what questions to ask the patients calling in. Horrible experience!!!!

Poor service, the dr is good but the staff members are very rude and have no customer service, will not be going back there!.
