There are a few things related to General Patton, it is more about the units that were trained in the area. Great displays and some nice vehicles stored inside.

Yes I think it was $7.00. The website would have the exact number. Whatever it was it was worth it
Their usual hours are: open 7 days a week from 9:30am to 4:30pm excluding Christmas day and thanksgiving day. I visited recently and found this information on their website. I'm sure these hours are the same for January and the rest of the year unless they state otherwise. You can also give them a call to confirm 760-507-4143 or visit their website. It was a great museum to visit. Hope that helps.
I was just there about 2 weeks ago and I think I saw the admission price at $12
There is one right next to the museum but for small private planes only. Commercial flights are from Palm Springs.
