Recently, I required an emergency root canal and I cannot believe I am saying this, but it was an amazing experience. I went back for the follow-up filling and the excellence in patient care was once again, amazing! Had urgent need to get in and Dr Hawkins saw me and told me what needed to be done and had me come back same day to get my painful tooth taken care of. It was so nice to have an emergency and have it taken care of without waiting days. Bekah his assistant and the Doctor were telling jokes and making it FUN. She gave me a neck pillow and headset to listen to music while they work. I could still hear them telling jokes. This was a great experience and it was the quickest root canal I ever had done. My dentist referred me there and I am so glad he did.

My Dentist had referred me to Advanced Endodontic Care after I was on an appointment the day before for a cleaning. I had been experiencing some discomfort/pain in my jaw. My dentist thought I may need a root canal and recommended I see AEC for a consultation. I needed this done asap because of an upcoming trip to Hawaii real soon! They got me in right away (the next morning) I was greeted by a very friendly and professional staff and got in right away for x rays and a consultation. It didn't take long to realize I did in fact need a root canal and because of my upcoming trip asap! The staff was able to work things out to get me in just a few hours later. What a life saver! The strange thing is, no pain and no real numbness of my face at all. Actually, I was very happy and very surprised. Believe me, a root canal isn't something I look forward to, but I am sure glad I was referred to AEC! The whole staff and DMD Stephen Hansen were WONDERFUL! Thank you all very much! I am off to Maui with a big smile.

Dr. Hawking was amazing and all of the support staff were professional and kind. I was in from out of town for a root canal evaluation/surgery. They were running behind schedule and because my appointment ended up being an hour late, they gave me a Starbucks gift card. The waiting room was really comfortable/nice (with a fridge full of complimentary water bottles) and the ladies running the front desk were so kind and willing to explain anything that needed explaining. When I was finally taken in for the evaluation, they took all the x-rays they needed to best evaluate what needed to be done and didn’t charge me extra for the full mouth x-ray. When Dr. Hawking finally came in to explain things, not only was he kind and patient, he was also able and willing to take the time to answer all my questions without talking down to me. Amanda and Dr. Hawking made the surgery not only bearable, but fun! I laughed my way through my root canal as he told dad jokes and was put at ease by their kind and lighthearted demeanor -which is saying something because I’m always very nervous at the dentist’s office. All in all I wish this could be my regular dentist office! Thank you all for your awesome service today, it really made something that is usually uncomfortable or painful into a good day.
