I had a problem with my parking pass on 8/11. So I pressed the customer service button, the lady who answered the customer service line around 6:44am was very rude, accused me of not paying and refused to give me her name and refused to help. Told me I should read the signs and the managers won’t help either and they will inform to leave me in the garage. Insulted me, hung up on me and told me no one would do anything about it. I payed twice on spot hero and $42 in the garage to leave out.

Absolutely rude in this place! Not only was their customer service rude but also the lady that came to the exit. Definitely not a place you want to go too!

It would be best to call. I don't live in Chicago, only visited.
Too expensive. But it's downtown... If you are late, you will have to pay a lot. Look elsewhere.
