Used this parking 3 days in a row to visit Chicago, I used both Pay in Advance and Pay Per Use, both work great. The location is far enough from the city, hence the lower prices and the commute with the CTA Blue Line train was extremely reliable. Highly recommend the location if you want to save on parking, traffic and driving downtown Chicago.

I'm not quite sure. I know for 12 hours, its $7. So maybe $14 for 24 hours.

Are u charged to park AND for train fares?

Yes. $5-6 to park in the parking lot and $3 for train fare.
