Was not able to go in for a repair due to the device I have but the guy I was speaking to was very professional very honest and helpful. Although I did not get any repairs done I would recommend those guys 100%

I received a bad battery less than 6 months ago from you, now my phone has swollen defective battery. If you make a repair with a defective part, will you replace it for free or will I have to repay for the manufactures fault?

Hi Asia, We have a 45 day warranty on parts. If there are any defects we will replace the item at no cost to the customer. Our batteries are the highest quality and meet all the specifications from the corresponding manufacturer. A swollen battery is caused by many factors, including but not limited to over charging your device, using aftermarket chargers, using the device for long periods of time while its plugged in, the age of the device, and if there are underlying board issues.
