It was about 730 at night and we took my mom to the walk-in clinic JFK on Woolbright. Outside the nurse Rae was there to meet us. Nobody should need a walk in clinic. If anyone does this is the only place to go. The nurse Rae was more than amazing. Not only did he take care of my mom he took care of my craziness. Rae treated my mom like it was his own mother. Thank you Rae for going that extra yard. We will never forget you. Dr. GG thank you for being so thorough. Dr.Schlein thank you for showing up when we needed you. If anybody ever needs a place to go for an emergency I would go here before any hospital there an amazing team my mother got us an examination like she’s never had in her life. Thank you JFK walk in clinic for your caring your love your humor. Rae I’ve met many nurses in my life I have never met anyone like you.

My wife and I have been utilizing the superb care that HCA Florida urgent care facility located in Boynton Beach has provided to us for many years. This used to be called the JFK Urgent Care facility until they were acquired by HCA. We have been to this facility on numerous occasions for a wide variety of health issues. We were especially grateful to doctors Clohessy, Smith and Fowler. Dr Clohessy was very much appreciated because he provided my wife (Brenda Woldman) with blood pressure and heartbeat medications. If he hadn't done so, her ER visits would have been more numerous...not to mention her overall health issues that could have been in a more debilitated state. No where else can you find an instant hospital like setting that is operating 24/7/365. This is an amazing place to go that I am certain has helped quite literally many thousands of older people like ourselves. Yes, you sometimes have to wait, and yes, you might not like the attitude of one or more staff members (i.e., nursing and administrative assistants) because they don't always smile. HOWEVER, this is the best facility of its kind in the Boynton/Delray area and a true life saving place to go.

The staff treated my loved one with prompt care and compassion. The doctor was thorough and very patient. The nurse was wonderful.

I took my husband here last night because he was very short of breath, coughing so much he can’t breath and just all around very sick. From the moment Dr Clohessy went in the room to see my husband he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He said to my husband “why are you here, why didn’t you go to your primary dr” well obviously at 9PM his primary dr is not available to see him hence the emergency room visit. The remarks made to my husband were hinting towards the idea that the DR thought he was some druggy trying to find drugs. Which was definitely not the case. They sent my husband home with no antibiotics or steroids to help with the infection and even after being told that he had a pretty bad ear infection, he sent him home with NOTHING. But it gets better we are walking out of the hospital and my husband blacks out and falls to the ground i run in for help and not one person comes out to help to make sure he is ok. Thankfull he came back after a few moments but what if that was not the case. The only person that eventually came out was the transporter employee. I am so dissatisfied and i will be making sure I take this to the highest person in charge. You are supposed to be there to help people and this was definitely not the case. Very sad.
