The staff members were very friendly and caring. I was very impressed with how my father was taken care of by the front staff members. The 2 hospanic women in the front were very caring. Actually all the staff that were there to care for my father were very attentive to him. They had lots of patience with him I would give a 5 star. But I wasn't impressed with the eye Dr. He was a bit rushed to go on his break. Not impressed at all with him But everything else was great.

I went here for an eye exam in 2021. Ordered glasses and when they came I could hardly see out of them. They had me come in to ‘check’ them. They cleaned the glasses and gave them back. Still couldn’t see well out of them. Figured maybe I needed time to adjust. 1 year later I still can’t see perfectly out of the glasses, the prescription was definitely wrong! I used my previous pair, so didn’t fuss…. Even though I paid over $100 to ‘upgrade’ the frame and lenses. Now I try to go this year 2022. I waited 2-3 months for my appointment. I was running late and called to tell them. She told me 15 mins was fine. I was 16 mins late and then needed for wait for both receptions to get off the phone. By the time they got off the phone, they said the dr marked me ‘no show’ and refused to see me…. Even though there was NO ONE else in the office. What a joke! Told me I can come back in 2 months! No thanks, I’ll go back to my old eye dr and wait 3 months.

I have no complaint about the personnel at the Boynton Beach office, as they all seem to be helpful and pleasant. I am a member of Humana and therefore receive a “Discount” only at that company through Humana. I found them to be extremely overpriced even with the so called discount. I purchased two pairs of glasses, and they would not, or could not provide an itemized invoice. They only would give me a receipt. I received one pair in ten days and was just told that my reading glasses could take a few more weeks. There are too many eye ware companies around to have to deal with this! It has now been 1 month and still no reading glasses or explanation! Finding the corporates phone number, Email, or address has been unsuccessful!
