Super busy in the late morning. Messed up my order the first and only time I went... the lady was very nice and accoidating after she realize d what happened. I would recommend going there though because although they cam be busy as long as you check your bag, the good and coffee are parallel in Goshe .

Lost our order, made us wait an hour, would not give us a few free donuts or free coffee or anything to make up for the lost order or wait. Bad customer service.

I visited here with my boyfriend for the first time as i had never been to a Dunkin’ and I was met with incredibly bad service. I’ve worked in the food industry for long enough to know you don’t ignore customers when they stand at the counter, you do your best to NOT forget the food they ordered twenty minutes ago, and you certainly don’t be rude when you’re in the wrong. I’ve never left a bad review on places as I feel as though I let a lot of stuff slide, but this was a horrific experience honestly. Something needs to be done about the worker’s training or just find new people….
