My claim was withdrawn after realizing my wife and I was talked into submitting a roof replacement sales pitch. The contractor told stories of other people's roofing problems if they were not fixed right away. After a couple of days to think what we did, my wife did internet research on the company and found disturbing information. Also the contractor could not provide one satisfied customer for us to talk to. We realized we were scammed. Upon entering the withdrawal request, your Adjustor, Rusty Terry, provided excellent service to help officially withdraw the claim request. Rusty was understanding and put us at ease to know we did the right thing.

Don’t use this company. You have been warned. At first you get a decent rate on insurance. Only to almost double your rate the next year for no reason at all. It’s really disheartening how an insurance companys can do this to you. No long term relationship, just go in for the kill as soon as they can.
