Good but the vacuums suck (yeah I get it's free) but they still could be at least a little better n powerfully. It's better to go somewhere else n spend the $$ to vacuum out ur car then use these ones ..

I’ve been getting my car washed at Fast Eddie’s-Clio ever since I started driving. Recently, I decided to get their monthly pass. While I’ve never had any issues, here recently, I’ve not been pleased with their customer service skills or the wash. First, the bigger gentleman that is always working was very rude when pulling into the wash. Screaming, rolling his eyes due to the fact I did not want to pull up INCHES away from the car in front of me. I’m not sure if they’ve noticed, but it created a nightmare when trying to get out of the wash to dry. It also leaves the poor gentleman at the end scrambling to dry the car & ultimately ends up doing a poor job because there’s not enough time to dry the car. Secondly, the rear of my SUV is never clean. I know SUV’s throw up a lot of dirt, but when I leave the wash, the back of my car has wet dirt running down the car. I have cancelled my monthly pass & am encouraging my family and friends in the Clio area to do the same.

Sometimes it's 3 star, sometimes it's 5 star. With today being a couple days after a snow storm the roads still have some snow and water so expectations are low for me, but needed to get salt off and clean the glass to see safely. But boy …

Great car wash. Employee's always very nice. What I like most is they leave room in between cars and don't rush you through like a herd of cows. Would recommend them to all and I do.
