I got married here on 9/25/2021. My first worry was when we went for our final meeting, I thought the Coordinator would be there since she’s the one who called me to set up the meeting but she wasn’t, it was the owner no big deal. The owner met us there and seemed very unorganized. She didn’t have any of our paperwork with her, didn’t know how much we still owed but again she did state they had alot of personal things going on and I know it’s a busy season so I just went with it, she wrote down everything by hand and was going to get it to the coordinater. She had also stated the Friday before our wedding when we came to rehearsal, everything would be set up so that we could make any final changes before Saturday. Friday comes, we had rehearsal and all went well. We went to the hall part to drop off a few last minute things I brought and nothing was said up. She was worried due to all of the rain; that something would happen and water would leak so she was holding off on setting up any decorations. A little concerning but again I brushed it off and didn’t think much of it. Saturday everything was set up beautiful! They did an amazing job decorating. One of my complaints is there was no communication on Saturday at all. I couldn’t find the coordinator, it was literally a few mins before the wedding was gonna start and I had to have my maid of honor find her. The ceremony went well, again it was beautiful in the chapel! We get into the reception and while I wasn’t in there, a tile full of water fell. The table was soaked and my family had to be moved to the back of the hall! It was put back up and “fixed”. I had no idea it happened until after the fact. My maid of honor was giving her speech and the tile falls AGAIN with a gushing amount of water getting one of my guest soaked, the floor soaked and the table having to be moved again. We were very lucky the tile didn’t fall on the 3 year old that was sitting RIGHT next to the guest. I understand that things happen that we can’t control. I am a very understanding person but the situation was handled wrong. There was no call, text, email NOTHING apologizing. When my mom emailed the owner addressing it she was told it was a “drip” and it was taken care of. Clearly they knew they had a water issue, since the coordinator addressed that Friday. We never asked for a refund or anything but a simple apology would have been nice. After talking to a few people about it we find out that this happened to a wedding in July as well so they are well aware of the problem. I would be very careful booking here, just know that when it rains outside it most likely rains inside as well.

Had our wedding and reception here in 2015. Beautiful grounds, chapel, and reception hall. Staff was friendly, food was good and bartender was wonderful as well.

I attended a wedding and reception this past weekend. The venue for both the wedding and reception was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good to excellent. I had two issues with Crystal Gardens. First, the bathrooms in the reception hall need a serious update for both the men and women. Second was the icy conditions of the parking lot. While the weather was bad this week, the lot was dangerous. Both guests and members of the wedding party fell out there. And that was before the drinking started! Those two items kept me from giving five stars.

Nicely decorated venue! Good food and well stocked cash bar. The food remained hot and available throughout the wedding reception. Best meatballs and gravy ever! The buffet ran two double lines so moved through quickly. Clean restrooms. Staff available and ready to help or problem solve.

I would call them as rheir orices vsry based on the services you need. Food is excellent, chapel is lovely and staff friendky.
