This was exactly what we were looking for and met our expectations! Traveling through and arriving late Loren (I hope I got their name right) was kind and helpful getting us a room and answering questions. The room was clean, they offered a breakfast with coffee. Perfect stop to rest on our road trip!

Vacationing in Michigan, located right off the interstate, on the edge of town, outside of building appeared clean and newer. Beds were comfortable and pillows like fluffy clouds and the room was small but clean. Breakfast was good. The customer service at this location could use some work to explain that we could get housekeeping if we requested it instead of saying there was no housekeeping due to Covid. Garbage piled up quickly in the room and we had to take our dirty towels to the front desk, as instructed on check-in, to change them out for clean ones. Upon checkout we were told we could have had housekeeping IF we requested it, instead of what we were told on check-in. It would have been a great experience if communication was better from the start. The walking distance to attractions is true but it is down a BUSY 4 lane road. I wouldn't recommend walking anywhere from this hotel.

Next door neighbor, along with 4 other rooms, are according to manager, living there 3 months. Smoking pot. Hallway smelled terrible. All night long they slammed, and I mean slammed, their door to go out to smoke pot. I feel like it was like 100 times. Did not sleep. The owner would not give a discount, or points even, because I had a friends and family rate. Michigan, stop legalizing pot, you are destroying your vacation travel business because all hotels smell like skunk!

I had a great experience at this location! Sarah the front desk receptionist was very helpful in answering all of my annoying as Questions! They have a pool and fitness center And a delicious breakfast bar! Very close to a nice winery and delicious places to eat! Very reasonable prices and overall just a great time I highly recommend this place!
