CRAZY! I ordered at curbside and some 9 year old playing a "prank" brings me my food and says here's your order. I look confused and say i ordered a L mocha frappe and he runs away. I look in the bag and it's all trash! The wrappers from what he was eating! Then i call to tell the manager and she was literally laughing the whole time i told her the story. Not lying. I called corporate also. HORRIBLE STAFF WHO DONT CARE!!

If I could give you zero stars I would give zero stars.! I went to get breakfast this morning and waited for 30 minutes and ended up having to get my money back because they didn’t have anymore hash browns. They are getting lunch orders taken care of before the breakfast customers. The workers are messing around in the back with no regard for customer service. This is not the first time this has happened at the pawpaw McDonald’s. Someone needs to learn how to manage a fast food restaurant. Fast food doesn’t take 30 minutes. Completely disgusted by our workforce and lack of workforce!!!!!!

Unfortunately, their coke machines weren't working, and I had stopped for lunch and a coke. Had to go elsewhere and wait in a second long drive through line... Update: Ordered a Big Mac another trip through and when I got home, discovered what I actually got was two beef patties stuck to either side of a breaded chicken patty with cheese and no bun at all. I ate it, because I was starving, and the beef was good, but how did I end up with that?
