My wife and I had a great experience with the North location. Cory did a great job with a fit for both of us and made my wife comfortable with the experience by educating her along the way. Not only did he just ask the questions, he explained the why. Denise and Lance were also very helpful at pick up and with installing a new rack and going over all the details of our new bikes. Highly recommend!

Went into Village with a “broken” bike assuming I would need a replacement part, a long wait for the part to arrive, and a hefty bill. Instead, whoa! Steve W (so sorry if I missed that name) offered to put it on the rack “now” and try bending the bracket back into shape. It was a risk with no real downside for me, but 5 minutes later we walked out with a perfectly rideable bike, some insights on better riding behaviors, and tremendous gratitude! Great skill, terrific customer service, and a whole lot of renewed loyalty from this repeat customer.

Came here through a referral and this place did not disappoint. Good selection and knowledgeable staff. Walked out with the Giant Talon 2 in concrete and it performs well and is very stylish. Will be looking for a road bike through them as well. Thanks!
