Like most places they're kinda hit, stuff not in stock. I wanted running shoes but they had very little in my size, as well as a new tent but they didn't have any for bike packing left, only heavy car camping tents. The people who work there know their stuff though. We'll probably be back.

I recently returned a gift that did not fit. The person at the register gave me a hard time about returning it and then insisted that I could only receive store credit despite having the original receipt. After showing that I had originally paid in cash and stating that I wanted cash for my return he rolled his eyes and gave me the cash. Upon getting home I realized that he had shorted me 15 dollars. REI has drastically gone down hill over the years and this particularly location has been garbage since it opened.

I have to RAVE about the best Customer experience I have ever had!😀 My husband and I went in to get me sized for a backpack today. The stars aligned today as we were graced with Jim to assist us! The first thing I noticed was he asked my husband and I’s name, which was so incredibly personable and created a sense of trust right away. He was throughly confident, knowledgeable and patient in helping me find a good fit. Once we found the right backpack he spent another 10-15 minutes going over every detail and functionality of the backpack. Jim created a customer experience my husband and I will never get. It is evident that he takes pride in his job and goes way beyond what is expected. What a joy!!! Thank you Jim! We’ll be back again for more supplies and can only hope to have you assist us again!!😊

Nice store, lots of quality items. Shopped here in September for a week long hiking trip to Wyoming’s Medicine Bow mountain and Bierstadt Mountain in Colorado. I was able to get much of what I needed here. Quality name brands at a reasonable price. Lots of staff on hand to help.
