They always do such a great job! Love that they don’t use a drill to take off old gel

5 stars for the beautiful, clean space and the courteous receptionist. 0 stars for the quality of service. This is the 2nd time in several years I’ve tried Nailed, 1st time at this location. Service was the same both times. It seems like a lot to pay for a pedicure that was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Why was it bad? The nail tech asked about the soaking water temperature and I said I like it hot, she made no adjustment. Then, as she was about to trim my nails I told her I wanted them as short as possible and she just said she would file them after hardly trimming anything off, they’re still longer than desired. Forget about getting your cuticles attended to, just pretend. Next, the callouses on the bottom of my feet are absolutely no better than before I went in even though I asked twice for extra attention to be given those areas. Also, if that’s what you call a massage, I could get that by standing in a breeze. The only thing I came home with is a different color on my toenails. The whole nail tech experience was a really big waste of time and money. Disappointing for sure.

They provide manicure service, pedicure service and hair styling.

Do you have massage chairs at this location?

No, and for good reason. The protocol for cleaning out massage type chairs is very detailed and takes at least 10 minutes between clients. The "Express" salons that utilize these chairs don't follow these protocols which is why it is so easy to get a fungus while at these salons. Our sinks allow all waste products to disappear down the drains and we clean the sinks with a medical grade disinfectant between uses. Hope that helps explain why we deliberately choose not to go that direction. Hope to see you soon!
