The installation of new windows and gutters was very easy and efficient. The installers were very professional. They did a wonderful job and were very thorough. If needed, we would use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work.

So in Dec. 2021 I had 13 windows and 3 doors replaced in my home which was quite a bit of money. 1st dealing with the office staff was horrible they played the pass the buck and blame game quite often. Finally got my windows and installation done before my bilateral mastectomy which was 1 month pass the timeline. (FYI the installer Tommy Paschal is wonderful). Now we are here to Aug. 2022 my husband and I happen to be in the back yard and notice that the glass had shattered in 1 of our entry doors. I call the Improvement Store and speak to a gentleman who wants me to send pictures not a problem, I send them ASAP. He sends me an email stating that they can't help me I need to contact my homeowners insurance (are you kidding me) I call the next day and speak with Charlie who identifies himself as the Business Owner (I'm thinking now I will get some help) WRONG! Our 1st conversation involved him making up excuses for his Business due to COVID (your not the only 1 who had to make adjustments) He rambles on about my warranty not covering my doors and I need to reach out to the manufacturer of the door and he would send me via email the warranty info for my door and have someone in the office mail me a copy of my window warranty. After he basically racial profiled me and stated as an African American he knows I didn't vote for Trump but if he was President I would not have had issues with his company. (Are you F'n kidding me ! I was highly offended and just ended the call as professional as possible.) Called manufacturer of door and was advised that the warranty would be assigned by the contractor. Called and left message for Charlie no response. Contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. Charlie responds with I've called the manufacturer and we are awaiting a call back. He request me to his office the later part of the week (Not Happening) Today 8/22/22 Charlie calls me and advised that the manufacture will not send a replacement glass, as they didn't distribute the glass and per Charlie they refused to tell him who made the glass. (What kinda circus is this). Charlie tells me I can call a local company to replace my glass it would cost me about $300-400 If the Improvement Store was to do the repairs I'm looking at about $800. Then he mentioned that he was the one who answered my BBB Complaint ( ????) . To end this review Charlie made sure to advise me that my window warranty is limited. If The Improvement Store has to come out and honor the warranty they will charge you a service fee. (ARE YOU KIDDING ME). Obviously everyone's experience is different and I'm not telling you not to use them but as Aretha Franklin the Queen of Soul put it "You Better Think"! Disclaimer: This is a review and "NO I WILL NOT DELETE IT"
