I brought my machine in after 3 years of use. It was in really bad shape. Because we have a German Shepherd and two cats, it was literally clogged. Shawn really educated us on how to use this vacuum and keep it running an clean. They did so much extra work on our vacuum that it now looks, sounds and operates as brand new! I cannot say enough about these guys! If you have a rainbow vacuum, do not, I repeat, do not take it anywhere but here for service!

I need a new vacuum that picks up cat hair which I guess means something with power and suction. Upright, canister I dont care what kind just as long as it works! Maybe priced around 250.00??? 300.00 max... Any ideas on brands???
