My sister and I have been tenants at this property for a few years. We haven’t had many issues here. Our unit needed some extra cleaning by us upon move in but we have since been able to maintain a good and clean space for ourselves here. Whatever maintenance or repairs has needed to be done has been quickly and efficiently resolved which has been appreciated. These are old units so you can expect repairs and wear and tear due to that. Our paint on doors and walls started peeling a year after we started renting. Just make sure to stay on top of it with the office. We are a ground level unit and have had issues with flooding over the years from the bigger storms but maintenance has been great at addressing those instances and working to come up with a solution to stop the risk of flooding altogether. I’m giving three stars because of the issues we’ve had with getting in contact with the office. It’s a very rare occurrence that they ever pick up the phone when you call. I’ve reached out a few times over the years regarding this over email or voicemail but I almost never get a return reply. It has become a frustration over the years since this has only seemed to get worse. You can find people in the office but that’s not always an option when you aren’t able to go in during their business hours. A lot could be improved here if quick and clear communication was made more of a priority. All in all it’s not a bad place to rent if you keep to yourself and stay on top of any maintenance as it comes up. I just wish office to tenant contact was better.

I’ve lived at Foxpoint for 7 years and with the exception of a nuisance neighbor once in a while it’s been a great place to live. Though older it’s well kept and very clean. The management team, Kristi and Garret have kept me here. They always address my concerns and find solutions. I can only imagine managing a 1970 + 300+ units must be challenging. I also love the pool- heated and always maintained!! If rent stays manageable, I’ll be here a while!

Beautiful complex but horrible management and office personnel. They treated me as if they were 'Persecuting Attorneys' quoting all the time "Legally Binding per the Lease Agreement" pointing out what I didn't do gave them a 'Notice to Vacate' in the time they wanted and their backing was that "is in the lease." So before you sign their lease, you must hire a Lawyer to represent you otherwise they will take you to the cleaners. Because I didn't submit the "right form" to let them know I didn't agree with their $200.00 rent raise, they kept my deposit and I still owe them for the rest of the 60 days Notice "Not to Renew the Lease" and that I was moving out. The office personnel are rude, quoting the "Legally Binding" terms of the Rental Lease and then just will tell you "Have a nice day" in a hypocritical way that ads insult to the already insult. They use the Legally Binding terms as honest dealing with tenants but they lack Integrity, that in my experience, they don't even know the difference between the both. Management, nor anyone else, don't supervised the work done in the units previous to rent them out. My unit had burned cabinets, cracked decorative glass mirrors, the walls through out the apartment had nails pushed in covered with plaster and painted over. After I reported all those issues in the "Move-in Inspection Form" with lots of pictures, they did nothing to repair all that, only the Maintenance Guy nicely told me they wouldn't replace the burned cabinet, and didn't say anything about the walls sloppy prep-work and paint. But, when it came to the "Legally Binding" terms, the office personnel and management acted as lawyers after my money. If you call, most often than not, you'll get the voicemail and you'll be lucky if you get a call back. I will NOT recommend this place to Non-Lawyers, as it will be very expensive to keep paying fees, and extra charges as we are "Legally Binding" as per the Lease Agreement.

These apartments are not being kept up. The grounds are lovely. But the buildings and surroundings are being neglected. Old BBQ' trash in grounds. Patios are loaded with junk, bicycles, clothing, furniture. Noisy residents. I lived in the Apts when they were reasonable and well managed.
