Truly a place where no matter what you get it’s going to be great. The crust and sauce is excellent, the quality of the toppings is really good. They have great appetizers like the garlic knots which comes with a dope garlic sauce. Every time i have been here my interactions with everyone have been perfect. There’s over 40 revolving beers on tap and the place itself is super cool looking. It’s awesome to have a great local pizza place like this in our neighborhood.

Best restaurant in the South End!! Everything on the menu is phenomenal. My favorites so far are the Brussels sprouts, garlic knots, and cheeseburger and fries. The pizza is the BEST in Louisville. I also love how they are bringing life and positivity back to the south end. Giving people a place to enjoy and hangout. The service is also outstanding. We had a party of 25 yesterday, and they accommodated us perfectly, timely and super efficient. Our waitress was patient and sweet (half of our party was kiddos), she always made sure we had what we needed when we needed it. Atmosphere is fun for both kids and adults. GREAT selection of beer on draft. Highly recommend Union 15!! We will be back!!

The fresco pizza is amazing. The flavors are phenomenal on the garlic knots (the garlic butter is bomb!). We visited during Pizza Week and can't wait to try more.

Amazing pizza and even better service!! The waitress that served us made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door. She is very knowledgeable and could be a spokesperson for Union 15! We would definitely go back simply because there are so many different pizzas to try, plus, they have Big Red! Highly recommended.
