Not sure what it is about your church members that make them maniacs behind the wheel, but I've seen quite a few of you with Thrive decals out there doing everything from tailgating commercial vehicles to intimidating drivers. It's a bad look for what you're selling, just a friendly FYI.

Pastor is great, good worship music, and their 4-week newbies get-involved class is top notch! They reach out and invite (for retreats, special events, etc). But would love to see a more welcoming team on Sundays.

Is this Church still here? I have been searching for a church since I have moved here two months ago. I am very weary though. I was judged so wrongly at my last church in the south, it made me not want to go to another church ever again.

Hi Samantha - yes Thrive is still active in Volusia. We meet at Spruce Creek HS every Sunday at 9 and 10:45am. We also have a second location in Edgewater at Indian River Elementary that meets at 10:00am. The message portion of the service is streamed, with live music and children's ministry at both locations. If you visit www.wearethrive.org you will find all of our different small groups that meet during the week and some great information about Thrive.

Do you guys really preach the word of God? I'm from Pittsburgh, PA and I'm really missing a spirit filled church, that moves with the spirit of God. I'm also a little older is there people in their 60's who attend?

Thrive Community Church, Port Orange | Aug 30, 2022

Hi Bernadette. Thanks for reaching out to us. Yes, we preach the word of God and encourage daily bible reading and prayer. We have a wide range of ages that attend and quite a few that are 60+ and active in the church and in small groups. If you haven't already, you might want to check out our statement of faith at www.wearethrive.org. It also has previous services and our weekly podcasts. If you would like to speak with a pastor, feel free to call 386-256-0711 9am - 2pm Monday-Thursday. - Jessica
