Rented a truck there and it was disgusting. Dents and dings all over the place with white paint smeared all over to cover them up. The interior hasn't been cleaned since the day they got the truck. All the seats were ripped and torn and fixed with duct tape. This old Ford had 163000 miles on it and they were very hard miles. Forget about Covid protocol, they never happened. Driving the truck was an issue also as it tends to wander on the road. If I hadn't really needed the truck I would have left it in the lot to be buried. Can't believe Budget actually rented this death trap.

The vehicle was FILTHY there was sticky coffee EVERYWHERE including seats and running down the doors. When we told the guy he gave us Lysol wipes and said we could clean it!!! The sunroof had obviously been broken before and it had chunks of glass falling on us from the tracks and the cover for the sunroof was hanging down on backseat passengers & glass was in my hair. I also cut my leg on broken glass in the seat and spent 30min in the parking lot cleaning the vehicle so we could get in. There was coffee all down the outside of the vehicle and a sticker on the dash that said cleaned however my pictures show otherwise. The cupholders we're gross and dirt was all over the place from dirty shoes. It was terrible and when I took it to the airport and dropped it off I went in and told them the sunroof didn't open we couldn't shut the shade and the glass in the tracks was falling in my hair and was in the seats and all they said was thanks for letting us know but never attempted to make things right. I paid over $300 for one day and I ended up with a cut, sticky clothes and glass in my hair. Terrible vehicle and experience!!!
