I come in weekly with mail to be sent out. Usually about 25 envelopes, 15 vanilla envelops, and 10 or more over nights. The staff is always helpful and friendly, the costumers not so much. The staff greet me every time. We chat while weighing in my mail, it's a very friendly environment.

What time does the P.O. open on Saturdays?
Yes you can refuse delivery and return to sender
No mail. Package delivery from amazon only.
Any time between 830am- 830pm. So many variables.
You have to call and arrange that with a supervisor. Sundays are normally only for deliveries but your specific home office maybe different.
go to post. fill out hold mail form. and they will hold it till you go back and you pick it up.
It really doesn't matter what time you get it there as long as its before 5. Not every city is a one-day City so make sure you take it there to make sure
