Went in at 11am to order family meal. Waited 40 minutes still no food. Ask to speak with manager she refused to speak with me( said she was too busy). I let manager know if I can't get my order now I want my money refunded. Manager refunded money handed to employee to hand to me so she didn't have to speak with me. The young man waded the money up and shoved it at me, no I'm sorry or anything. Rudest place I've ever been in.

Good job Bojangles way to care about your work 👎 Update: one month later…just wondering if you train your people to just sling food into the bag? Does anyone even try to do their job right all while we gotta pay more for it? Can I give negative stars?

Paid $37.30 for a 12 pc. family meal w/3 sides. Picked Bo-rounds for one of the sides - was told it would take 5 minutes- I said that was ok & that I would wait. When I got home, I only had 2 sides and no Bo-rounds! I SHOULD have checked the order before leaving but on the other hand it is their JOB to fill the order correctly. I am SO tired of being ripped off at fast food places. This was the 2nd & last time at this one! The food that did make it home was fine (other than the 2 sides I did get being quite small) but I will NOT be back!

Good experience except for order accuracy. Paid for extra bacon well done and didn't receive and a sausage and egg biscuit and only got the sausage so had to take 2 items back so they could correct it. Noticed while eating this seemed to be a recurring problem with other customers. Other than that everyone was polite and helpful and the food was hot and good.

Yes they do they use one of the delivery services. I haven't utilized the delivery service but know they offer it.
It's only unreal because the pandemic. People know they can make more at home on unemployment. Single parents that work paying for day care struggle to make ends meet so staying at home is a win win. Covid is affecting people of all ages and our ways of life. All places of public service, from fast food to janitors, daycare or whatever it may be. So please remember that those who are working must pic up the slack of going from 6 people on a crew to one. So it's very demanding.
