Extremely disappointed by lack of transparency. I opened an account on April 1st to cash savings bonds in preparation for a major purchase. Returned the following day and was told new members are limited to $1000 a day for first 30 days...Now 30 days later I am told that new members are limited to $1000 a day for the first 6 months... I asked for their policy in writing and after waiting 20 minutes was handed a printout from the treasury website with the boilerplate: "ask the bank if it will cash your [savings bond]. the answer may depend on how long you've held an account there." Not helpful at all...

Poor service, really sad to see a place I've done business with for decades go down hill so quickly. Workers are rude, understaffed, and mismanaged. Frequently two employees will be standing around while one window teller window is open. I lack all trust in this bank.
